 Outdoor Facilities

Outdoor racing for electric on-road cars takes place at our own
tarmac track in Stafford. The complex consists of one of the largest
RCMCC tracks in the UK, state of the art race control, and pitting
facilities for members of Stafford RCMCC. Check out our Race
Calendar for details about upcoming events at our outdoor
track. Below are a series of pictures showing our facilities,

Directions
From M6 Junction 13
From Junction 13 of the M6, take the A449 into Stafford. After approximately 1.5 miles turn right at the traffic lights, just before the Tesco garage, into Rickerscote Road. Go over the railway bridge and take the 1st exit at the next mini island. At the following mini island take the 2nd exit, and at the next large roundabout take the 2nd exit towards Stafford. Go over the railway bridge and then take the 2nd right which is St. Leonard's Avenue, a t the roundabout at the end of the road take the first turning onto Fairway, after about 100 yards turn left through a set of gates to the outdoor track.
From A513 / A34 South
Head towards Stafford town centre. After going over the railway bridge take the 2nd right which is St. Leonard's Avenue, a t the roundabout at the end of the road take the first turning onto Fairway, after about 100 yards turn left through a set of gates to the outdoor track.
From M6Junction14&A34North
Come into Stafford on the A34 and follow signs for all other traffic. When you reach an island with Asda in front of you, take the 1st exit marked A518 Uttoxeter. At the next set of traffic lights turn right into Riverway, then first left into Fairway and after about 500 yards turn right immediately after going over a river bridge through a set of gates to the outdoor track.
From A518 Newport
Follow signs for A34 Cannock, you will reach a roundabout with traffic lights on it, on exiting this island you will see a Toyota car garage. Go straight on at the next crossroads with traffic lights, and after 200 yards turn left into St. Leonard's Ave. at the roundabout at the end of the road take the first turning onto Fairway, after about 100 yards turn left through a set of gates to the outdoor track.
From A518 Uttoxeter / Derby
You will pass Stafford hospital, continue until you come to a set of traffic lights with a tall block of flats on the right. At these traffic lights turn left into Riverway, then first left into Fairway and after about 500 yards turn right immediately after going over a river bridge through a set of gates to the outdoor track.
Please Note:-
Due to the CBT Bike Training having to cancel their activities for the days we hold Race Meetings, ( not Practice Days) the CBT Proprietor will be charging a small fee per Car/Gazebo, to cover his lose of earnings for that day.
Rules
Please note the track is in a secured compound and a key is required
to enter. Anybody who wishes to have individual access to the track
for practice will have to be a member of Stafford RCMCC and abide
by the following rules,

- Return the key to security before you go home
- I/C powered cars are only allowed on the circuit when
supervised by a committee member or at a BRCA I/C event.
- Please ensure that you take all your rubbish with you
when you leave. A log of who has been on the circuit will
be kept by security, so we will have a good idea who has
left the rubbish.
- Ensure you lock the gates when you leave. If you signed
the key out, it is your responsibility to ensure everyone
else has left, do not leave the gates for someone else to
lock for you.
Please remember that any breach of any of the above rules
will result in your membership being cancelled. |
